Job Summary
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising on corporate commercial contracts, debt and equity transactions, and general corporate matters. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts across various business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate commercial contracts.
• Advising on debt and equity transactions.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with corporate transactions.
• Coordinating with external counsels and statutory departments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services.
• Exposure to NBFC, securities market, financial services intermediary, and banks.
• Good knowledge of insolvency laws.
• Litigation experience preferred.
