Job Description
Are you a skilled lawyer with expertise in corporate commercial law? Join the dynamic team at one of Canada’s leading law firms! Position: Corporate Commercial Lawyer
Diverse Clientele: Work with top-tier clients, from startups to multinational corporations, providing legal guidance on complex securities regulations and transactions.
Challenging Work: Engage in a wide range of transactions, including IPOs, public offerings, M&As, and private placements.

A minimum of four years’ post-call experience in corporate and commercial law,
A strong track record in transactional work, such as mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance matters, real estate and other commercial matters.
Familiarity with Alberta-specific regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements is essential, as is experience working with clients in key industries relevant such as private investment, private equity, institutional finance, oilfield services, energy, real estate, and construction.
