Full Job Description
The Java Application Developer is responsible for developing/configuring/supporting the functionality for Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE or J2EE) applications.

Experience/Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or equivalent experience is required.

4+ years experience in application and web systems development using the following: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL Queries(Oracle, MYSQL), Web Services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains Java, J2EE applications

Provides operational support for existing Java, J2EE applications

Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains applications and application enhancements

Develops and adheres to standard SDLC methodologies to produce project results that are measurable and delivered on time

Good web design skills

Proven Skills in Problem Solving for Complex Application Environments

Good knowledge of SQL Queries and Databases like Oracle and MYSQL

Good understanding and ability to work on Web Services

Must be able to work with the onsite team in a live environment and analyze the issue promptly, should be able to communicate with outsourcing team in India

Note: This job may require travel to India to discuss projects with other team members
