Contract Recruiter

Bilingual: French & English | 6+ Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Canada. The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting armed security guards and commercial truck drivers and is comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle in both French and English.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer acceptance Recruit armed guards, truck drivers, and other high-volume operational roles Conduct interviews and candidate assessments in French and English Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing Coordinate background checks, licensing requirements, and other pre-employment steps Partner closely with hiring managers and provide regular pipeline updates Maintain accurate candidate and hiring information in the ATS

Requirements
Professional fluency in French and English Previous recruiting experience in Canada Demonstrated experience recruiting armed guards and truck drivers Strong knowledge of high-volume and operational recruiting Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Engagement Details
Contract length: Minimum six months, with potential for extension Location: Remote within Canada Schedule: Full-time contract
