Job Description
• Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting and hiring top-tier engineering and technology talent.
• Build a proactive, high-quality candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and ensure hiring targets are achieved within aggressive timelines.
• Establish and optimise recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, candidate experience, and selection frameworks.
• Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and people operations to support organisational growth.
• Manage statutory compliance, labour law requirements, HR policies, and governance processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring effectiveness, talent market trends, and people-related decisions
