About The Roles
We have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team at Ventia within our Procurement and Group Supply Chain function.
This position will be responsible for the organisation, management and maintenance of contract files and related documents. This role involves ensuring that all contracts are accurately filed, easily retrievable and properly archived according to company policy and procedures. The contract Administrator will work closely with procurement category managers, sector commercial teams and legal to support the efficient management of contract documents.
This position will take on the responsibility of delivering on a number of projects to drive improvements to support the Ventia business and our diverse contracts. Projects will also be diverse from new systems for contract management, systems integration and operational efficiencies that will make it easier for Ventia employees to use best in class solutions for Source to Settle continuum.
This position offers hybrid working with time in the office and work from home. Base from our beautiful North Sydney NSW Corporate head office close to public transport options.
About You
Well developed administrative and organisation skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of operations and leadership teams.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft package.
Exposure to supplier contracts, or legal documents is preferred.
Ability to deliver on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously meeting deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
