Independently responsible for day to day operations in the Kitchen
Set SOP's and recipes for kitchen operations and Multi- cuisine served but should be specialised in Continental.
Achieving and exceeding revenue budgets by improving sales.

Making continental products as per existing menu
Recognizes good quality products and presentation.
Maintains high sanitation standard throughout the working station.
Knows and understands all the Basic policies and procedures in food production.
