Content Writer & Client Servicing Specialist (with Design Guidance)
The Digital Content Writer & Client Servicing Specialist is responsible for executing all written deliverables while ensuring seamless communication between clients and the internal team. This role involves producing a wide range of content, from strategy documents and brand messaging to blog posts, case studies, email copy, website content, and sales collateral. Additionally, the candidate will provide design guidance to ensure that content aligns with visual storytelling. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple deliverables efficiently.
While primarily part of the marketing team, this role also supports product, sales, and account management teams in delivering cohesive and compelling content. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client interactions, gathering feedback, refining creative strategies, and ensuring alignment between design and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an annual and quarterly content calendar, including at least one quarterly campaign and weekly blog posts, press releases, customer success stories, and more.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics and develop well-informed, engaging content.
• Write and refine blog articles, ebooks, white papers, one-pagers, slide presentation copy, and product messaging.
• Develop clear, persuasive marketing copy to promote products and services.
• Proofread and edit all content before publication, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with visual assets.
• Approve social media content created by the marketing team.
• Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to identify content gaps and recommend new topics.
• Maintain consistency in style, fonts, tone, and branding across all materials.
• Update website content, build landing pages, and ensure SEO best practices.
• Conduct media outreach for public relations efforts when applicable.
• Manage client interactions, gather feedback, and provide creative direction for better alignment between content and design.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
• Ability to provide design guidance to ensure cohesive content and visual strategies.
• Proficient in content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills for client servicing and internal collaboration.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• This role combines content expertise, client relationship management, and design alignment, ensuring that every piece of content delivers a powerful, brand-aligned message.
