○ Ensure content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.
● Content Planning:
○ Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to plan content calendars.
○ Develop content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience.
● Brand Voice:
○ Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all content.
○ Ensure content reflects the organization's messaging and values.
● Audience Engagement:
○ Create content that encourages audience interaction, comments, and sharing.
○ Foster a strong community and drive engagement on social media and other platforms.
● Content Promotion:
○ Work with marketing teams to promote content through various channels.
○ Increase content reach and visibility through social media, email marketing, and guest posting.
● Stay Updated:

○ Continuously improve writing skills to stay relevant in the field.
Core Competencies:
● 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
● Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
● Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
● Knowledge of keywords and meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images, etc.
● Knowledge of the English language, including its idioms and recent trends and expressions.
● Ability to write in various formats and styles for multiple audiences.
● Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
