Content Specialist

The eCommerce Content Specialist is responsible for all aspects of products, verbiage, images and videos on the Amazon, and Walmart platforms.

The Content Specialist’s main KRA is to delight consumers while conveying the requisite information to make the purchase and stand out from the competition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing product content for e-commerce websites, an understanding of marketplace platforms and the role KWs play in the conversion process.

Responsibilities :
• Monitoring Keywords trends to incorporate in listing across Marketplaces
• Build copy around relevant Keywords to index better on various channels
• Learn Marketplace tricks and implement them to produce engaging customers.
• Research Keywords to create product-relevant content with proofreading.
• Create an SOP to define an approach to write copy
• Use SEO principle to maximize copy’s reach across Marketplaces
• Track and provide analysis of business performance
• Ensure SLAs are being achieved while the copy is written
• Ensuring all marketing systems and software solutions are functioning properly, and working with
• internal and external partners to resolve issues
• Maintaining strong rapport with the Advertising team to ensure that the content and ads are
• aligned toward higher ranks for the products
• Ensuring strategic objectives are being met in alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with the internal department to ensure proper execution of marketplace strategies
