If you've ever wanted to host podcasts, interview artists, create original content, and grow your own personal brand while helping build one of the fastest-growing brown media platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Content Creator & Podcast Host, you'll help create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube while hosting podcasts, interviews and original series.
You'll work alongside the BCC team to bring fresh ideas to life while building your own on-camera presence.
Responsibilities
Host podcasts, interviews and original video series.
Interview artists, producers, entrepreneurs and creatives.
Develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Help create recurring podcast segments and social series.
Attend events and networking opportunities (when available).
Collaborate with the creative team to grow BCC.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need professional experience.

Comfortable on camera (or eager to become comfortable)
Passionate about music, culture and storytelling
Creative and full of original ideas
