Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Producer who can take ownership of video projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with cinematographers, editors, and clients to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for ads, reels, and branded content
- Plan and execute video shoots (pre-production to post-production)
- Handling cinematography and editing
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand goals
- Handle client communication and creative approvals
Requirements:
- Experience in video production / media / advertising
- Strong understanding of cinematography, editing, and storytelling
- Ability to manage shoots and creative teams
- Fast decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in ad films or social media content
- Network of freelancers (DOPs, editors, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc.)
Compensation:
