About The Opportunity

Our Consultant Physicians lead clinical teams, drive protocol adherence, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, technology-enabled environment. Role & Responsibilities
• Diagnose, manage, and treat complex medical conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings—applying clinical guidelines and latest protocols.
• Lead multidisciplinary rounds, mentor junior doctors, and ensure continuity of patient care through structured handovers and documentation.
• Collaborate with specialists, surgeons, and nursing staff to co-create holistic treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Oversee quality indicators, compliance with NABH/JCI standards, and participate in clinical audits and morbidity-mortality reviews.
• Engage in continuing medical education (CME), contribute to institutional research, and implement evidence-based practice improvements.
• Support hospital operations by participating in on-call rotations, emergency response, and clinical governance initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
• MD Medicine or DNB Medicine (recognized by NMC)
• Valid NMC Registration
• ACLS Certification
• Proficiency in managing medical emergencies
• Experience with hospital EHR systems
• Strong grasp of NABH/JCI quality benchmarks

Preferred
• Fellowship in Cardiology, Endocrinology, or Pulmonology
• Experience in a multi-specialty hospital
• Teaching or academic credentials
