Role Description The Construction Sales Manager at Build and Beyond is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and driving sales for construction projects and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with project and engineering teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricing. The Construction Sales Manager will monitor market trends, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and report on sales performance and forecasts. This position also involves building long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and vendors, while representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
