Our growing mental health practice is seeking a Junior Comptroller to support our financial operations and help us continue delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our community. We are a dedicated team of mental health professionals committed to improving lives through accessible, empathetic, and evidence-based care. As we expand, we’re looking for someone who shares our values and can bring financial clarity and structure to our mission. What You’ll Do:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align financial goals
Help implement and maintain accounting systems and controls
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting or finance experience (healthcare experience a plus)
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong analytical and organizational skills
A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
