ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER
12 MONTH CONTRACT PART-TIME !

Molycop is a global market leader in the manufacture and supply of grinding media, mining chemicals, and rail consumables. Molycop is also involved in minerals processing digital technology and we are further expanding these technologies by developing and acquiring various process optimisation solutions. A permanent part-time opportunity for an initial 12-month contract (to be reviewed for extension after 3 months) has arisen to join our Global Finance team in Western Australia, collaborating with teams in Canada, USA and the South Americas.
We are looking for a dynamic person who:
is experienced in providing debtors support to the Leadership team
understands the value that sound monitoring of debtors brings
preferably has worked in the technology or mining sector
While we expect the role to be mainly office based, ultimately a portion of work can be done from home after the person is fully onboarded and can work independently. However, we have ample free parking and modern office space (with freshly baked bread daily!) and we encourage people to come to the office.
The Candidate, with between 3-4 years’ experience and preferably an Accounting qualification, must:
Have a passion for analysing and consolidating all aspects of Accounts Receivable which includes regular invoicing and applying debtor payments
Be experienced in debt collection
Be experienced in bank reconciliations and journal entries
Have a competent level of MYOB and EXCEL
