Job Description
To send e-mail to clients, for procuring necessary details on monthly basis, as per Master file.
To send an e-mail alert to client regarding monthly visit for the purpose of Audit/assignment.
To prepare Monthly Audit reports highlighting the discrepancies, if any, post visits to clients get the report vetted by the Compliance Officer before sending it to client.
To update external MIS and send to every client every month, in timely manner.
To prepare and submit statutory returns under various Acts periodically, before their respective due dates
To visit clients, as per the mutually agreed schedule.
To escalate to the next level the matters of unresolved tasks.
To follow up on outstanding payments, regularly
To prepare abstracts notices under applicable statutes, for display at clients’ place/branches as may be required.
Required Education Qualification
Minimum Graduate from any discipline
Skills
Good excel knowledge
Well versed with MS-Office
Good written and verbal communication
Good drafting
Must have relevant knowledge of
Shop Establishment Act
Maternity Act
Gratuity Act
Minimum Wages Act
Bonus Act etc.
