Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in the state of California. A minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience handling complex Workers' Compensation cases is required, and trial experience is preferred.
You must have strong computer skills and be able to quickly leverage new software as required. Lexis Nexis experience is a plus, and you should have solid MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook).
A positive-minded and collaborative team-player attitude is essential, as well as excellent organizational and prioritization skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
