Primary Responsibilites :
Growth: Own Community users/contributors,
Selecton, Assortment to drive exponental revenue
growth andmargins
Selecton: Responsible for Sourcing/onboarding
writers, assortment planning to ensure that She

eye for identfying changing reading/writng trends
and consequentbusiness opportunites.
Strategy: Own, defne and drive growth strategy
across the Community, writers onboarding, consumer
segments, geographies
Community Operatons: Manage Community
operatons, Inbound planning, Catalogue monitoring
and marginAnalytcs: Market Research, Consumer
Insights, Compettve landscape, Business Intelligence
Stakeholder Management: Drive growth through
Marketng, Operatons and CS
Requirements/Skills:
