Position Title: Community Engagement & Development Manager
Position Type: 18-Month Leave Coverage
Reports To: Executive Director
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
Flexible scheduling required (available to work evenings and weekends on occasion)
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Engagement & Development Manager to provide 18-month leave coverage for our organization.
This role will focus on outreach, communications, donor engagement, grant support, and signature events to ensure families across our region know where to turn for care, comfort, and community during medical crises.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, organized, and compassionate professional who thrives in a small team environment. They are an excellent communicator, able to manage multiple priorities while building meaningful relationships with diverse audiences. Passionate about our mission, they are adaptable, values-driven, and committed to making a meaningful impact.
