Role Overview
We are looking to onboard a Fresher – Communication Design with Video Editing skills to support our branding, marketing, and internal communication initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about visual storytelling and want to build a strong foundation in communication design within a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design visual assets for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communication
Apply communication design principles such as visual hierarchy, clarity of message, and storytelling
Edit short-form videos, reels, and digital content for internal and external use
Work closely with marketing, HR, and business teams to translate briefs into engaging visual outputs
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across typography, colour, layout, and tone
Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently
Eligibility & Requirements
Fresh graduates or final-year students from Communication Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or allied disciplines
Academic background is flexible; selection will be skill- and aptitude-based
Basic to intermediate proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva
Working knowledge of video editing tools.
Strong interest in design, visual communication, and storytelling
Internship Stipend:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month; full time role: 4-7 LPA (Depending on Interview)

Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location:
Onsite – Gurgaon
