Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commie 1 to join the team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The role includes preparing and presenting dishes in line with the restaurant's standards, assisting in menu development, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and ensuring efficient food preparation. The Commie 1 will work closely with the team to support kitchen operations and contribute to crafting an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
• Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently, with attention to detail.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and proper food handling practices.
• Teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards collaboration in a high-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous experience in fine dining or prestigious culinary establishments is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt and learn new culinary techniques and processes quickly.
• Formal training in culinary arts or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Passion for innovation and exploring Indian flavors and cuisine is highly desirable.
