Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/CFA degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience, preferably from reputed companies
