This position will play a key role in managing and resolving complex commercial disputes while providing top-notch legal services to our clients. Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of commercial litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement and trial.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial issues such as contracts, disputes, liability, and compliance.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and minimize potential risks.
• Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
Job Details
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex cases from inception to conclusion.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
