High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience as a CNC Milling Programmer
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (ESPRIT, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, and others) and ability to manually write/edit CNC programs
Strong understanding of tooling, GD&T, and ability to set up, operate, and train other operators

As a CNC Programmer (also known as CNC Milling Programmer, CNC Machining Specialist), you'll be instrumental in refining CNC machining processes, programming CNC mills and lathes, managing tool inventory, and driving process improvements
