Role Description The CMA INDIA PART TIME role at Avodha is an on-site position based in Alappuzha. The professional in this role will support course delivery and learner guidance related to CMA (Cost and Management Accounting) concepts for Indian curricula. Day-to-day tasks include clarifying subject doubts, assisting in creating and reviewing learning materials, and providing academic support to students enrolled in CMA-related programs. The role also involves collaborating with the training team to ensure content accuracy and relevance, offering feedback on learner progress, and helping align course delivery with Avodha’s job-oriented education approach. This is a part-time role, suitable for individuals looking to contribute their expertise while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
Qualifications
• CMA (India) qualification or current enrollment in a recognized CMA India program, with strong knowledge of cost and management accounting principles.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic support, preferably in professional or vocational education settings.
• Ability to explain complex financial and accounting concepts in simple, clear language for diverse learner groups.
• Proficiency in at least one regional vernacular language, along with good command of English for communication and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach to education.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Alappuzha and collaborating with cross-functional training and content teams.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with online learning platforms and digital educational resources.
