Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition revenue targets, Productivity Profitability Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with SMs business executives to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan ex- SEP/SENP, DSA/DST etc Team Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters acceptable risk norm of the organisation Ensure activation of channels (70%) on monthly basis by regular engagement, training relationship with DSAs/DSTs Coordinate with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning Disbursement To ensure effective training of DSA/DSTs Sales team of our USPs Policy guidelines and promotional material if any for customer acquisition at local level.
