Role Description
This is a remote contract role as a Clo3D Marvellous Designer Artist. The Clo3D Marvellous Designer Artist will be responsible for creating and animating 3D virtual clothing designs, using software such as Clo3D and Marvelous Designer. This includes creating and editing high-quality textures and meshes, and implementing simulations to test the garments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and provide customized solutions for various industries, such as fashion, gaming, and film.
Qualifications
• Expert proficiency in Clo3D and Marvelous Designer software
• Strong portfolio of previous designs and animations showcasing the ability to create realistic and fluid 3D garments
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling,-texturing, simulating and rendering garments, fabrics, and accessories
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and/or 3DS Max
• Experience in graphic design and concept art is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in 3D animation, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field and/or equivalent experience in the design industry
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and to communicate effectively and collaborate with other designers, engineers, and stakeholders
