Client Service Analyst, NCT Job Description: Job Title: Client Service Analyst, NCT Location: Surat, India Role Description: Client Service is responsible for retaining, growing and developing strategic client relationships for a portfolio of (country, regional or global) clients for which they have primary service coverage responsibility, in line with applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. Ensuring best in class service standards to all the Area customers by synergizing with all the channels in the Area Ensuring proper controls and access is maintained to the Cash / Locker Area at all times. Any suspicious transaction must immediate! be reported to the supervising officer Your skills and experience Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed.
