Botton + Gardiner is a distributor and manufacturer of quality public space furniture selling to the Architect Design community across Australia in the hospitality, commercial and outdoor markets.

A well established business working along side our sister company Baresque
We have a strong focus on training and ongoing personal development.
The role is based in Artarmon close to public transport links with staff parking available. Alternatively, the office is a 10-15 minute walk to Artarmon station with lifts sometimes available.
We are a flexible environment with the opportunity to work from home once established in the role.

Job Description

As a member of the Sales Support team you will work with our Business Development Managers to give our customers the best experience possible. Whether it’s answering the phone, responding to email requests, preparing quotes or processing orders you will bring care to everything you do. Key elements of the role include:

Overseeing the entire order process from quote through to dispatch and invoicing of goods.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Working with BDM’s, customers and internal teams you will help bring projects to life, ensuring they are delivered on time.
Data entry including database management using company ERP system

Qualifications
Experience in an administration, customer focused role. Experience within the interiors, furniture or specification industry is an advantage but not essential.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering superior, effective customer service.
High attention to detail, accuracy and integrity and experienced with data entry.
A positive, fun and open attitude.
A problem solver and lateral thinker who takes responsibility for tasks.

Additional Information

Salary: $75,000-80,000 plus super.
