Full job description
We are looking for a Client Operations Executive who will act as the primary interface between our clients and internal teams for manpower deployment, attendance, salary coordination, and compliance updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Send daily/weekly deployment updates to clients.
Draft professional client emails regarding manpower status.
Coordinate with internal backend teams to collect data for client updates.
Maintain deployment trackers, salary revisions, and compliance records.
Follow up with internal teams on pending inputs for client updates.
Prepare weekly MIS reports for management review.
Escalate any urgent issues to management on priority.
Skill Set Required:
Strong written and spoken English.
Professional email drafting capability.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Quick learner who can grasp manpower deployment compliance processes.
Calm under pressure and comfortable handling client calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
