About Company

MNM Real Estate was founded by Yash Chhibbar and is built on a simple belief: to do good, you have to feel good. MNM stands for Mindfulness, Nutrients, and Movement—daily habits that help me stay grounded, patient, and present in how I show up for people.

Real estate is emotional and stressful for many clients. When I take care of myself mentally and physically, I’m able to show up calmer, more focused, and more human in those moments. That matters to me. MNM Real Estate is about doing the job properly, treating people with respect, and moving through every transaction with care and integrity.
