Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainees to join our Client Acquisition and Retention team. The role involves supporting new client acquisition, building strong client relationships, and assisting in retaining existing clients to achieve business objectives. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
●Support the team in achieving monthly business and sales targets.
●Identify potential prospects and assist in lead generation activities.
●Improve sales conversion through regular follow-ups and client engagement.
●Contribute to revenue generation initiatives and business growth activities.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
●Assist in client onboarding, welcome calls, and product/service introductions.
●Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure retention and referral generation.
●Understand company products, services, and market trends.
●Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide updates to management.
●Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and support.
