Civil Project Manager

About The Role

Randstad are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Project Manager to lead the successful execution of a critical tailings dam wall raise project at our clients mining operation. This role requires a proven track record in managing complex civil engineering projects, particularly within the mining sector.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the overall project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and specialists
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and engineering best practices
Manage risks and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory bodies, and project team members
Work closely with and management of the principal contractor and other key stakeholders ensuring project success
Monitor project progress, track performance indicators, and deliver regular reports to
