We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer Supervisor to lead and manage construction projects in Sonapur Assam. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently, within timelines, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily construction activities, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
• Lead a team of engineers, contractors, and laborers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets design and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Civil Work: 5 years (Preferred)
