The Circle Rural and Digital manager (CRDM) is responsible for reviewing and monitoring performance of the rural branches within the circle. As the owner of the budgets and targets for the rural branches within the circle, the CRDM is responsible for ensuring achievement of all targets, productivity, quality and compliance standards. The CRDM also represents the bank in the statutory meetings on a case to case basis
Key Responsibilities
• Review and ensure compliance of all processes according to bank's policies including timely action on internal and statutory audit observation
• Liaison with project team, infrastructure and support service providers for efficient service delivery
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
• Ensure the achievement of targets set for Govt. insurance/ welfare schemes like APY, PMJDY etc. by the rural branches
• Ensure successful execution of financial literacy campaigns and initiatives in the designated branches
• Report priority sector lending achievements to the SLBC (state level banker committee) and attend these meetings whenever required, on behalf of the bank
• Ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives for Govt. schemes at the rural branches
