Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to collaborate with industry veterans and top-tier brands.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a reputed institution, and a strong passion for design excellence and project execution.

Required Experience Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing interior projects for commercial and corporate clients
• Proficient in reading and preparing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and BOQs for retail/office design-build projects
• Strong ability to interpret detailed drawings and BOQs, and ensure accurate on-site execution
• Capable of supervising multiple projects simultaneously, including site surveys, team coordination, and meeting tight deadlines
• Must possess a reliable network of subcontractors and labor contractors for MEP, civil works, and fixture execution
• A commitment to high-quality workmanship and precision detailing is essential
• Will act as the First Point of Responsibility (FPR) for client communications, project updates, and expectation management
