Job Responsibility
• Analysis of Drawing, sketches and design data of parts to develop and design tooling and fix Turing and setup and assembly.
• Jigs & Fixtures of CNC Machines
• Programming of VLT Machines
• Standardized Procedure for retrieval of tools from the tool changer which reduce machine down time
• Standardized Procedure, done trouble shooting and made work instructions for 2,3 & 4 axis machines
• 3- D casting model preparation- Blade, Band and Crown
• Machining Feasibility check Based on input data
• Split Curve Generation - for Francis runners
• Tooling selection
• MPP for Machining Component
