Requirements
• LLB with 8+ years experience in healthcare/technology law
• Preferred expertise in:

• Mental Healthcare Act, 2017
• Digital health guidelines compliance
• HIPAA and international data privacy laws
• Professional liability in mental healthcare
• SEBI regulations and compliance
• Foreign investment regulations in healthcare sector
• FEMA compliance for international investments
• Experience with:
• Healthcare licensing requirements
• Digital health regulatory frameworks
• International healthcare compliance
• Technology contracts and IP law
• Term sheet negotiations
• Cap table management
• ESOP structuring and documentation
• Due diligence processes

Responsibilities: Core Healthcare & Tech Legal:
• Complete legal compliance strategy for digital mental healthcare
• Therapist contracting and liability frameworks
• Data privacy and protection systems
• Insurance and payment regulatory compliance
• International expansion legal frameworks
• AR/VR therapy legal guidelines
• Cryptocurrency payment legal compliance

Investment & Fundraising Legal
• Structure and negotiate term sheets with investors
• Manage regulatory compliance for funding rounds
• Handle foreign investment approvals and FEMA compliance
• Design and implement ESOP policies
• Oversee investor rights and shareholder agreements
• Manage corporate governance framework
• Lead due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with startup funding schemes
• Structure international holding company setup if needed
• Handle regulatory filings for investments

Additional Requirements
• Experience with healthcare startup fundraising preferred
• Knowledge of startup valuation legal frameworks
