Job Description
Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Secure is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Udaipur. The CEO will be responsible for setting the overall strategic vision, aligning multiple business units, and driving sustainable growth across global markets. Daily activities include overseeing operations, guiding senior leadership, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that innovation, quality, and customer-centricity remain core to business decisions. The CEO will lead long-term planning, assess new market and product opportunities, and ensure financial health, risk management, and compliance across the organization. This role will also champion Secure’s culture, CSR initiatives, and commitment to net zero, fostering collaboration and high performance at all levels.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly with diverse stakeholders and represent the organization externally.
• Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills, including organizing executive workflows, managing information, and overseeing support structures for effective leadership.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and integrating feedback into strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess Accounting and financial oversight skills, including interpreting financial reports, budgeting, and supporting sound investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Extensive executive leadership experience, preferably in energy, technology, or related sectors, with a track record of leading large, multi-country organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and change management capabilities, with experience in innovation-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and ethical workplace culture.
• Advanced degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered.
