About the Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects for LPU Online while ensuring timely delivery, smooth coordination, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and organizational objectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, design, production, marketing, and operations for seamless project execution
Develop project plans, task allocations, timelines, and workflow structures to ensure efficient project management
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to maintain smooth execution
Communicate project updates, deliverables, and timelines effectively with stakeholders and team members
Manage project documentation, reporting, and resource allocation for streamlined operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements for digital initiatives.
Monitor project outcomes and user feedback to recommend enhancements and continuous improvements
Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic planning initiatives
Stay updated with evolving industry trends, project management methodologies, and digital workflows to enhance execution standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations, Media, or a related field
8-12 years of experience in project management, product management, operations, or digital initiative management.
Mandatory experience in technical product pipeline development and execution
Good to have experience in Tech/Consulting roles in Education/Edtech industry
Strong understanding of project planning, workflow management, task prioritization, and execution processes
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Click Up, Notion, Microsoft Project, Slack, and Google Workspace
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, multitasking, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, business analysis, and product lifecycle concepts.
Familiarity with reporting, project tracking dashboards, workflow automation, and resource management practices
