Chefs - Casual or Full Time Positions Available

Wests Group Macarthur has a strong reputation for being a premier entertainment group in the Macarthur region. We currently have 4 amazing venues which provide weekly live entertainment, promotions and a wide range of dining options. Our Clubs are a popular choice as we have something here for everyone!


We are always on the lookout for talented Chefs to join our team.


Please Note: You must be available to work our operational hours which includes late nights, weekends and public holidays. You must be available to work Christmas Day and New Years Eve.


If you are someone who displays a strong work ethic and has the appetite and passion to produce high quality meals, we'd love to hear from you. In addition, you must have:

Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period
Relevant Commercial Cookery trade qualifications
A full drivers licence and use of own car
Excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
An immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming
Knowledge of food safety requirements, hygiene standards, operating procedures and WHS and regulatory guidelines
