Job Summary
SashMicks Bakery is seeking a skilled and creative Chef de Partie (CDP) - Pastry to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation while maintaining consistency and adhering to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and breads as per the bakery’s menu and standards.
• Manage the pastry section, ensuring efficient workflow, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Train and supervise junior staff in pastry techniques and presentation.
• Monitor ingredient quality and manage stock to minimize wastage.
Qualifications Skills
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or CDP Pastry in a reputed bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts, baking, or pastry-making (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation.
• Creativity in designing visually appealing and innovative desserts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume production.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
• Experience in Indian and international pastry styles is a plus.
