Channel Sales Manager – Distributor Development (FMCG)
We are a well-established dry fruit brand based in Ahmedabad with over a decade of experience in the B2B segment. In addition to our strong wholesale presence, we have successfully expanded into the consumer pack business and are actively present across e-commerce, modern trade, and general trade channels.
As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking to build a structured and scalable distributor network. We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of our distributorship model.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's distributor appointment strategy.
Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage distributors across target markets.
Establish and strengthen the channel distribution network to drive business growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key channel partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and distribution strategies.
Monitor distributor performance and recommend improvements to maximize market penetration.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in distributor appointment and channel development within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of distribution management, channel sales, and market expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to contribute to the company's long-term growth.
Looking for a long-term association with a stable and growing organization.
Location
This position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Ahmedabad or are willing to relocate. Candidates from other locations who are not open to relocation may not be considered.
Note: Only candidates with relevant FMCG channel sales and distributor development experience are requested to apply.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
