Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, map, and engage exceptional talent across a wide range of business functions
You’ll be responsible for building the top of the recruiting funnel through market research, talent mapping, and sourcing strategy
You’ll have the opportunity to work across every part of the business, influence hiring strategy, and develop into a recruiter or sourcing leader as the company continues to scale
Build proactive talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Corporate, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and other business functions
Conduct market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and competitive landscapes
Leverage data and market intel to develop strong opinions on top feeder companies, schools and candidate backgrounds
Support high-priority executive and hard-to-fill searches with deep research and talent intelligence
