Benefits
The hiring range for this position in NY is $112,000.00-$150,100.00 per year
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered

initiatives across regional distribution partners, evaluating acquisition, activation, engagement, and
retention metrics
You will maintain advanced financial models to assess new and existing
partnership opportunities, including renewals and emerging business models, while analyzing
incrementality, cannibalization, and overall performance to recommend opportunities
In this role, you will use data, insights, and financial modeling to quantitatively evaluate and draft
recommendations on opportunities to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and retention, helping to
translate complex data into recommendations
Perform thorough analyses while partnering cross-functionally; Work with Sr
Manager,
Partner growth to ensure those socialize, action and execute any recommendations
Build and maintain financial models for partner opportunities (including potential new
partners, new business models, new verticals, existing partner deal renewals etc.)
Conduct analyses to evaluate incrementality, cannibalization, and overall partner impact,

Help translate complex data and financial insights into clear, executive-ready presentations,

Within DTC, the Technical Partner Growth team plays a critical role in driving long-term growth
through strategic partnerships across Global Distribution, Regional Distribution, Wholesale, and
Promotional channels. This team takes a holistic, data-driven approach to evaluating partnerships
and optimizing performance to achieve key business and financial outcomes.

What You Will Do
