Job Description
CBS (FlexCube – Core Banking Application)
• Work experience > 10 Years
• Techno-functional resource having exposure in handling Migration, Implementation and Application support operations for FlexCube Core Banking application.
• Have high level knowledge on Flexcube deployment Architecture.
• Exposure and ability to provide guidance on surroundinginterfaces/delivery channels with CBS (FlexCube).
• Worked on any Project Management Tool.
• Responsible for end to end project management for set of projects of Medium to High complexity - includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management.
• Utilizing project management best practices and aligning with PMO methodology, work inside project teams to review scope of work and create project plans.
• Experience of working with IT transformation teams in Banks particularly the programs of Change and Transform – Core Banking transformation project will have added advantage.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in Liaising with business to assist them in gathering information as required
• Coordinate with Vendor and other Partners.
• Understanding of Application Life Cycle Management
• Communication written and verbal – Very Strong in written language skills as will have to work on critical documentation.
• Able to lead technical discussions, particularly with the infra teams at the Bank as well as within Wipro.
• Ability to grasp the Project scope and diligently work towards the relevant goals.
• Open-minded to undertake any work needed for achieving the ever-changing client expectations.
• Sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues
• Assists to identify problem situations, review the problems, and engage associates to plan for investigation, work on Root Cause Analysis & solution in coordination with various infrastructure teams, application teams.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent recurrence.
• Actively Participate Quality Review meetings, Handle CRISIS calls, provide IN review inputs.
• Ensuring deliverables as per standards and quality in agreed schedule, review & documentation of processes, tasks as applicable. Follow the best practices & ensure strict adherence to guidelines.
• Provide required reports on timely basis, e.g. Daily status reporting for the activities, delivery schedule
