If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as our Catering and Events Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support our catering and events team in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Provide administrative support to the catering and events team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing guest lists.
Communicate with clients to gather event requirements and preferences, and ensure all details are accurately recorded.
Prepare and distribute event materials, such as menus and seating charts, to clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and updated records of event details, including contracts, invoices, and payments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during events.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes.
Uphold the Hilton brand standards and ensure all events reflect the company's values and image.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Continuously strive for excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the catering and events manager.
