POSITION OVERVIEW

WATCHHAWK DEFENSE SERVICES is currently recruiting professional Licensed Security Guards for assignments across Ontario. This role offers opportunities to work at events, construction sites, commercial properties, mobile patrol assignments, and access control locations throughout the province.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites
Monitor and control access points
Verify identification and visitor credentials
Observe and report suspicious activity
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Enforce site policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Eligibility to work in Canada
Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation is an asset
First Aid/CPR certification
Previous security experience is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$27.61 per hour

Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Security: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
First Aid Certification (preferred)
