Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and educational activities that support children’s wellbeing
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
Promote the service in line with Catholic Early EdCare’s philosophy and values
Participate in ongoing professional development
Foster a lifelong love of learning in children
Build strong, trusting relationships with families, educators, and the wider community

What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Children’s Services or working towards (ACECQA recognised)
Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Understanding of early childhood legislation, standards, and quality frameworks
A genuine passion for supporting children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten in a play-based learning setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete Child Protection Training
Current First aid and CPR Certificate
